This is the third album in the Exposure series of progressive rock compilations. The first two albums were released on Steven Wilson’s No Man’s label and have long been sold out. Exposure 88 is the first one released on the FREIA Music label and these copies are the last 40 available from the first pressing of 500 copies.
The albums has eight participants from the European Mainland. Although many more bands applied it was decided to restrict this edition to Europe. An American release with the bands from North and South America sadly never realised. This third in the series of Exposure compilation albums featuring bands from Holland (The Last Detail, Achet-Aton, Odyssice), Spain (Harnakis, Rivendel), Italy (Barrock, Asgard) and Sweden (Isildurs Bane). Especially appealing to fans of neo-progressive rock (Marillion, Pendragon, Pallas).
