Order process
- Choice of language
- You can register as a new customer using the icon "Your Account". To do this, enter your email address and a password
- Select the desired products and press "add to shopping cart"
- With "Display shopping cart" the order status can be checked and changed at any time
- To complete the order, press "Go to checkout"
- Entering your email and password or registering again
- Follow the navigation and enter the information necessary for shipping, invoicing and payment
- Finally, click on "Submit order"
- The order confirmation will be sent by email
- Your order will be shipped as soon as it is complete according to the desired payment method
How do I find what I'm looking for?
Search engine function:
Simply enter the term you are looking for (band, artist or album title) in the search field and press the Enter key
By genre:
In the SHOP category, the articles are sorted by genre (general terms):
- Progressive
- Stoner
- Southern
- Blues
- Hardrock
Search using sorting and filtering:
In the overall shop and also on the genre pages, you can filter and sort the inventory in a variety of ways. Try it out and discover the variety of our offerings.
How do I order?
Once you have found the item you want, click on "Add to shopping cart" in the detailed view.
You can then continue your shopping trip and add or delete items at any time.
To complete your order, click on "Go to checkout". Please then follow the simple navigation to enter your billing and delivery address, the payment terms and shipping costs - this entire area is in a secure area!
How long does it take until I receive the ordered goods?
We try to ship the items on the same day. We usually deliver orders within a maximum of 7 days. We can also make partial deliveries on request.
Order not arrived?
Every order that has been correctly transferred automatically receives a confirmation by email within a few seconds. If this is not the case, personal information or payment details were not provided or were incomplete during the ordering process. If in doubt, ask our team or contact us using our contact form.
When is the card charged for a credit card payment?
The credit card will be charged when the order is placed.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, cash on delivery, advance payment (please state the order number when transferring) and, for customers within Germany, also by direct debit.
How secure is the transmission of my personal data?
Orders and personal data are transmitted using secure SSL transmission and cannot be viewed by third parties. All data stored for processing orders is only stored in our IT system and is not passed on to third parties!
What if a title you are looking for is not listed in the program?
Please use our contact form or speak to our team. We will be happy to help you individually.
I am not an EU citizen (e.g. Switzerland)
Do I get the goods VAT-free?
Of course, we deliver goods to customers outside the EU free of VAT. You only need to register with us with your place of residence (e.g. Switzerland or Norway). After that, all items will be displayed as tax-free and can be ordered "net". Delivery under these conditions is only made to the registered country outside the EU.
