Auf 500 Stück lim. LP im pinken Vinyl. Am 28.09.2018 veröffentlicht MIG Music das neue Album der progressive Rock Band VIOLETTE SOUNDS. Nie ganz im Jazz und im Rock zu Hause, zwischen den Welten, entsteht Violette Sounds als Projekt von Drummer Karl Henneberg im Jahr 2013 mit der CD-Veröffentlichung „Feelin‘ Inside“. Im Aachener Raum bekanntere Musiker wie Gero Körner (Hammondorgel) und Uwe Böttcher (Violine/Bass) setzen die Vorlagen von Karl Henneberg kongenial musikalisch um und das Projekt mit athmosphärischen Prog-Rock findet sehr guten Anklang bei der Fachpresse. Nach mehreren Konzerten bildet sich 2015 dann die Stammformation mit Moritz Schippers (keys), Sascha Mans (bass) und Henri Thönnissen (Gitarre). Nach wie vor ist die Band geprägt durch die verschiedenen Charaktere und musikalischen Vorlieben ihrer Mitglieder, vereint in der Spielfreude und Liebe zur Improvisation und Spontanität. Gemeinsam entstehen neue Songs mit einem rockigerem Touch. Nach längerer Suche findet die Band in Axel Theorell eine Bereicherung durch seinen kreativen, ausdrucksstarken Gesang.
