(MAXXESS) Waldgeist

Dieses Instrumentalalbum unterscheidet sich von meinen bisherigen Werken. Im Gegensatz zu meinem maxxess-Projekt habe ich Gitarren hier nur dezent eingesetzt oder so verzerrt, dass sie nicht mehr als solche erkennbar sind. Stattdessen habe ich eine Klangwelt genutzt, die nur mit elektronischen Instrumenten möglich ist. Dabei war mir wichtig, eine Dynamik zu erzeugen, die zwischen ganz leisen und kraftvollen Momenten wechselt. Jede Komposition erzählt von den Lebewesen des Waldes – ob Feen, Elfen, Zwerge oder Irrlichter. Sie alle gehen eine tiefe Symbiose mit dem Wald ein und mir war es wichtig, die mystische Atmosphäre musikalisch zum Leben zu erwecken.

This instrumental album is different from my previous works. In contrast to my maxxess project, I used guitars only discreetly here or distorted them in such a way that they are no longer recognizable as such. Instead, I used a world of sound that is only possible with electronic instruments. It was important to me to create a dynamic that alternates between very quiet and powerful moments. Each composition tells of the creatures of the forest – whether fairies, elves, dwarves or will-o‘-the-wisps. They all have a deep symbiosis with the forest, and it was important to me to bring the mystical atmosphere to life musically.
