We charge a flat shipping fee of €2.99 per order of CDs, DVDs and BlueRays. For shipping LPs or items marked as box sets, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.50.
If you pay cash on delivery, shipping will be charged at €14.99 regardless of the format.
The free shipping limit applies to an invoice amount (may differ from the order amount) of €100.00 - after that, we deliver postage free. If you pay cash on delivery, postage is not free.

If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there. The customer is advised to inquire about the details from the customs or tax authorities before ordering.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 7 days, for deliveries abroad within 1 - 14 days after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, the day after your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Payment

You have the following payment options:

• Payment by credit card

Invoices issued by the provider are due for payment immediately.

You will receive an invoice with VAT shown.
